Day 1 Fruits and Veg Diet

Last Monday when i weighed, i was at exactly 98kg. I've been jogging and eating smaller portions and i've since lost 2kg. As of today, the 12th of August 2013, i weigh 96kg.

Post Easter Detox: Day 1

I found myself over-endulging over the Easter holidays, just could not stop. My ex came around and he was taking me out from Friday, through to Sunday so it was a lot of food and alcohol all the way. And even after the holidays, i just continued with my eating spree.
