Last Monday i embarked on intermittent fasting, eating only one big meal in the evening. I continued until Wednesday and by then i'd lost 2kg (4.4lbs).
I stopped when i realised that i was getting extra hungry, especially early in the mornings (3-4am). I also just recently started going to the toilet to pee like 3 or 4 times during the night. I'm now four days late for my period and i've just figured out that i might just be pregnant!
What it means for me is that i've to be extra careful if i'm going to embark on any diet. I'm getting a pregnancy test today, just to be sure. If i really am pregnant, then my whole diet changes altogether.
My results will be available later on in the day and i'll know what to do then.
