I know you all been waiting to find out how many i lost on the Post Easter Detox. I changed offices today and the new one doesn't have internet connection. I have to post using my phone, which is an inconvenient.

Post Easter Detox: Day 5

Whew! Finally this is over! Been hard,i will not lie, but i made it.

The temptation was way too much. The cravings were out of this world. The offers kept coming in. Today, being date night, i should have gone out but i didn't. How brave is that!? ;-)

Post Easter Detox: Day 4

I forgot to weigh in today because i was late for work. The day was pretty hectic and tiresome. Didn't manage to eat anything all morning because i was busy, i only ate around 2pm.

Post Easter Detox: Day 3

Today was pretty hectic, and the weather didn't make the situation any better. We had to survive through the heat, about 36°C. Many people have been experiencing colds in this heat, and others are having severe headaches. I havent been spared from all of this, i came down with a serious case of flu last week, which i survived. And they are attributing the weather conditions to global warming. Seriously, if it continues like this, people and animals are going to severely suffer from dehydration.

I survived Day 1 without any problems at all. Jumped onto the scale in the morning and got a pleasant surprise: i'm down by a kg #ClapClap

I found myself over-endulging over the Easter holidays, just could not stop. My ex came around and he was taking me out from Friday, through to Sunday so it was a lot of food and alcohol all the way. And even after the holidays, i just continued with my eating spree.
