Day 16

Eating two meals has almost become sort of a ritual for me these days. I do have my breakfast in the morning around 9 and then my supper in the evening at 7. My water intake is not fixed to a specific time, though, i just drink water as and when i need to. I know i'm not doing myself any good by not drinking water as much as i should. I used to drink at least 2 litres of water everyday but it just sort of went away, now i don't like water as much as i did. I'm struggling to drink just a litre these days.



Changing your lifestyle is difficult, especially when it comes to changing the way you eat altogether. It requires the correct mindset and the drive/determination to do so.

The numbers on the scale are not changing for me so i probably need to change the way i'm doing things because my approach at the moment is not yielding any results. Everyone that i'm meeting these days seems surprised by how i look and people are saying things like, "omg, you've gained!" and, "you must start dieting now!"... There are two things that offend me so bad these days, someone talking about my weight and my financial situation. I'm doing my best to change things and it's a pity things are not changing as fast but dude, i'm trying the best that i can! You not seeing my effort don't mean that i'm not doing anything about it! Try to walk in my shoes for one day then maybe you would understand how it feels to be me right now, how about that?

Anyway, enough ranting for the day!

  1. My mom always calls me fat, every time I visit her. That deeply offended me, and one of my motivation to lose weight. great to know that i have someone like you through this journey. All the best to u.

    1. How can your mom call you fat when your weight is just in the 70s? That's ridiculous!

      How's your water fast going so far. I realised the other time you lost 2,5kg that you probably didn't lose as much ah you would have wanted because you had begun juicing as well.

      I've decided to also start water fasting but that will be after Easter so for now i'm going on a binging spree lol.
