Get Fit Challenge: Day 1

This is day one of the Get Fit Challenge and i decided to weigh-in. Below are my results:

  2. I don't want to set any goals for myself because i realise that they might be too high for me to reach and i may end up getting disappointed and at times, the way for me to deal with disappointment is to binge. I just want to avoid that at all costs.

    If i lose a pound i'll be happy, if i lose 5 pounds i'll still be happy! I think i'm going to be watching what i eat and for exercise, i'll be walking. Let's see how this goes..
