Killing Myself With Food!

It being a holiday and all, i decided to put my fast on hold for a while, or until the Easter holidays are over. When i do get back to fasting, i want to start with water fasting for the first few days (7 to 10 days) then after that i can get into intermittent fasting. I want extreme detox to take place quickly for the first few days then when my body has cleansed itself of all toxins, i can move on to IF and gradually lose weight.



Tomorrow, or the day after, i could be going back to fasting so for the past three days i've been intentionally on a binge. I've been eating junk food everyday and having three meals a day, with snacks in between.



The photo above shows what i've just had for dinner, french fries and fried chicken with Coke Zero. I know Coke is not very healthy but i'm still to do my research on Coke Zero, will write about it in another post. This is the only chance i have to eat so i'll eat to the fullest lol! For now i'll go back to watching this movie that i'm in the middle of..
