For breakfast, yesterday, i had apricots. Lunch i had apples and i slept on carrots. Woke up feeling so light in the morning. I did have a headache through-out the whole day but i woke up feeling better.
My sister lost 2.5kg on this diet alone in a week and i just thought i'd give it a try. I'm going to be exercising as well and i hope it's not going to drain me.
I decided to go for my gym class in the morning. We started off with some zumba. I was a bit late so i only got to do zumba for like 15minutes only.Soon afte, we got into some serious, intense training, focusing on our abs and love-handles. We did get into some jogging,as well, afterwards. I do feel the pain and i'm loving it all the same.
I went on the scale in the morning and i'm excited! I'm not revealing the results yet, though. H
