Summer Fat Flush: Day 22

Woohoo! Just realised i'm getting fitter and fitter by the day. Yesterday, after my workout at the gym, i waited for the boyfriend (Mr. S) to come pick me up. While waiting, another gym class starts and i'm like, what the hell, might as well do it again. I joined the others for a run and guess what... wait for it... i ran 800m non-stop! A first in my life. Yay!!!

Before this, i would run about 200m then walk and continue running later. Today, again, i ran almost a kilometre non-stop. For me, that's huge!

We did reverse squarts, normal squarts, power squarts, side squarts, travel lunges and more running. In total, i ran about 1,8km. The main attention today was on our thighs and legs and all in all, it was quite a good session.

Been talking to others today and i just found out that i'm the only person who's still eating "normally". Everyone else is surviving on fruits and vegetable, and chicken breasts or tuna at times. I just don't know if i can handle that but i'm gonna try. All the best to me:-)
