We ran between 4-5km and we also jogged around the pitch. I didn't do much because i had to rush to work so i stretched afterwards. I didn't get as tired as i thought i would but now, as the day is progressing, i'm starting to feel pain in my knees. I'm guessing it's because i've been stepping incorrectly as i run, thereby applying force on my knees.
So this girl at work looks at me and from out of the blue say, "You're losing weight!". I ask why and she tells me that it shows on my hips, bum and arms. I almost screamed. But then i'm a bit confused because the scale hasn't shown me any changes yet. All the same, i'm excited.
