I wasn’t running out of breath that much today. For a minute there I felt like superwoman lol. I figured that, maybe, it’s because now I’m getting used to running every day. I’m hoping that by the end of the month, I’ll be running for a kilometer or two, straight, without puffing and panting or even walking.
My PT told me today that I should have started off the challenge with detoxing, eating only fruits and vegetables for two days. Now, I don’t know if I’m going to be able to do that, but I promise myself, I’m going to try my best. My life depends on this!
Later, after, work, I’m going to attend the zumba class again. I’m thinking I could train to become an instructor. How does that sound?-)
