For the past three days, i've been trying my best to eat healthy. Been eating salads and sometimes, when the cravings were too much, i would eat meat. I've been managing quite well, i must say. This was all in preparation for my water fast which i intend to start tomorrow.
Last i weighed, Monday last week, i was at 98kg (216lbs) and my goal for now is to get below 200lbs (approx. 90kg). Planning to go for seven days for now, but if i feel strong enough, i might just continue.
