I had a combination of fruits and vegetables and my daily 3l of water. Overally, the day went well. I went to bad anxious because i just couldn't wait to get on the scale and weigh myself, find out how well i had done.
I did weigh the next morning and i wasn't as pleased because i wanted to lose 5kg but instead i lost 4 (8.8lbs). That wasn't my target but at least it's something. Time to regroup!!!
