Day 1 Fruits and Veg Diet

Last Monday when i weighed, i was at exactly 98kg. I've been jogging and eating smaller portions and i've since lost 2kg. As of today, the 12th of August 2013, i weigh 96kg.

We've decided, my sister and i, to go on a fruits and veges diet for the next 7 days, starting today. We'll be alternating between fruits and vegetables everyday. For instance, today we are eating fruits only, tomorrow we'll eat vegetables only and the day after, we return to fruits again. This continues until the seven days are over. We figured that this will ensure we have enough of both.

My sister (Oppah) also weighed herself in the morning and she's at 76kg,exactly 20kg lighter than me. Since we're doing this together, i'm going to make sure that i push myself hard enough. I'm making it a personal agenda to lose more weight than her this week.

I'm glad i have the support of my Sweets and my sister's as well. I'll push her when she's about to fall and she'll push me too.. :-)
