It's been a little over two months since my last post. I was supposed to go on a fast then but i didn't. I don't know what happened. I guess i slipped.
A lot has happened since then. I major thing is i lost my job. Other areas have been picking up though. My love life is perfect right now, my clothing line (Othentiq Couture) is finally about to hit stores and i'm hitting the runway in October at the Fashion Weekend Zimbabwe as a plus-size model.
So, since May to date, i haven't been taking care of my body at all. I've gained 5kg since then, putting me at 98kg(216lbs). Whew, that's a lot. My boyfriend, i call him Sweets, and i have agreed to start taking care of my body again. He bought a new scale for me because the one i had broke. He says no more junk food for me and we are now walking for 2hours, three days a week. He's pushing me and that's just what i need right now.
Tomorrow i go on a water fast to detox and cleanse my body, before i move on to a vegetarian diet. Will start gym again by end of August. Right now i just need to boost my body and get it used to a change of diet. After all, healthy eating constitutes about 70% of total weight loss.
Tomorrow morning, i'm on it!
