I noticed that i was shot of breath for the first 300-400m. Soon after, i was breathing normally. I only experienced pain in my legs.
Again, today, we did circuit training. We started of with leg-raises, then we did push-ups, sit-ups, tricep-dips, lunges and what they call the bridge. We also worked on our arms with dumbells, each weighing 1kg.
I could feel pain in my arms, thighs and abdormen all day and i had trouble going up/down the stairs. I made everything worse by wearing heels!
Later, after work, i attended a zumba class. One girl i work-out with is the zumba instructor and she recommended it so i just thought i'd give it a try. It was so much fun and i didn't have any trouble coping because i'm, naturally, a dancer. I was surprised by the way i was sweating through-out the session. I didn't think it was so much of a big deal but after all this, i've decided to do zumba everyday.
