Summer Fat Flush: Day 1



It being the first day of the challenge, i decided to give it my all. We warmed-up by jogging a kilometre, after which we went into circuit training. The work-out included tricep-dips, lunges, press-ups, leg-raises and crunches. I didn't finish the exercise because i had to rush to work, so i just stretched and left.

First day, exercise was so painful and i can still feel the pain in my muscles. But all in all, it's been good.
