Last night, after i came back from work, recruited my boyfriend and we went jogging together. We did abouk 3km of combined sprinting, jogging and power-walking. I did notice that it was more difficult to do at first, but as we proceeded along, i got into it and it wasn't as difficult anymore.
Everyday after work, i'm gonna be jogging and will be doing sit-ups and crunches in the morning before i leave the house. That, combined with less eating portions, will definitely help me to lose weight.
