Fit Mondays
I've decided to have what i'll call: Fit Mondays.
This is when i go around the web and look for inspiring befores and afters, and post them here. We'll get to find out how they did it and what they are doing now to maintain that healthy weight. I'll also feature stories of people that i personally know.
The aim is to inspire others out there and let everyone know that it's possible. If the next person can do it, you can do it too.
