Day 2




I weighed myself at 6:43am. I managed to lose 0.5kg and I don’t really feel good about it. I know that if I had stayed away from the fruits and popcorn, I could have done so much better. I’m not even excited about the loss right now because I know it’s all just water weight (the human’s body contains about 3kg of water weight) and I’ll definitely gain this back as soon as I start eating normally again.

Around 9am I started having serious hunger pains and to avoid eating I went to my bedroom and got busy on my laptop until the pains subsided. After 30 minutes later the pains went away but later had coffee, accompanied with two slices of bread, a boiled egg and some potatoes. I do feel bad about that, I’m kicking myself in the butt right now lol. I did manage to have my 2 litres of water at the end of the day.
